I'm thinking about making my own models without using bases or other people's stuff Which better to start off on? Blender or Metasequoia?

In X, I have a Female Greninja, a Galvantula, a Spanish Eevee, a French Ferroseed,  a German Nosepass, and a level 61 Japanese male Sylveon(For this anyone who wants him, I want a Sylveon with the Hidden Ability Pixilate or an Eevee with the Hidden Ability Anticipation. Gender and level doesn't matter and thought not necessary,  it would kind of awesome if someone with a very generous soul to give a shiny one.
